Job summary

Lumion is hiring a Senior Engineer to build the AI-first operating system for trade schools. You’ll lead with agentic tooling, orchestrating AI agents to plan, generate, test, and ship production code quickly while preserving quality and real customer value.

You’ll work across multiple projects, owning outcomes over tickets, and partner with teams to ensure scalable, robust software that accelerates student enrollment and administration.

Qualifications

• Proven mastery of agentic AI-driven workflows and coding tools.
• Deep Laravel knowledge, including service providers and Eloquent.
• Strong ability to translate school workflows into clean architecture.
• Experience designing scalable DB schemas for SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect AI-native features and automate code generation, refactor, and tests.
• Collaborate across multiple projects to ship production-ready software.
• Plan, build, test, and iterate with AI while ensuring quality.
