Job summary

Luxer One is hiring a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer to embed agentic AI capabilities inside business units, delivering production-grade systems that move the needle on ROI. The role blends software engineering with business impact, spanning data integration, orchestration, and evaluation across CRM, email, scheduling, and advertising tools.

You will partner with GMs and frontline teams to identify high-ROI opportunities, design end-to-end solutions, deploy in production, and monitor results,

Qualifications

• Experience building production agentic AI systems end-to-end.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and system design.
• Ability to translate business problems to technical architectures independently.
• Experience integrating business APIs: CRM, email and marketing, scheduling, or ERP.

Responsibilities

• Embed with a business unit and participate in their operational cadences—standups, reviews, and meetings—as an active contributor.
• Identify, scope, and prioritize agentic AI opportunities proactively and independently.
• Build and ship complete production systems end to end: problem definition, integration, orchestration, prompt engineering, evaluation, deployment, monitoring.
• Own the ROI of every agentic workflow deployed; define success, instrument it, and report results to the business unit.
• Work directly with GMs, leaders, frontline teams, and operators to identify AI leverages not yet articulated.
• Integrate across the full tech stack: CRM, email/marketing platforms, scheduling, ERP, field tools, and advertising APIs.
• Manage deployed systems in production—monitor behavior, run evals, identify drift, and improve continually.
• Extract reusable patterns and contribute to shared AI engineering library.
• Stay current on agentic AI advances and bring proven approaches into production when impactful.
