Luminary is hiring senior software engineers to build AI-driven wealth transfer workflows. You will ship to production, own evals, and improve agent harnesses, with an emphasis on prompt/context engineering and probabilistic systems.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of software engineering experience.
• Experience working with AI and probabilistic systems.
• Familiarity with prompt/context engineering, eval design, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Improve accuracy on core extractions and fix failure modes.
• Own eval suites to prevent regressions and measure changes.
• Enhance the shared agent harness and orchestration for workflows.
• Design for human review: surface, explain, and capture corrections.
