Job summary

Lumion is hiring a remote-first software engineer role welcoming candidates without professional software experience. You will learn AI-first workflows, work on backend logic, data models, APIs, and tests as part of a fast-moving startup.

We offer a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science required, equity, quarterly bonuses, unlimited PTO, 401(k), and a $200 monthly technology stipend, with six-hour overlap with our Salt Lake City team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is required.
• Evidence of coding skills through capstone, internship, or personal project.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Strong logical problem solving and product judgment.
• Current students may apply if they will graduate before start date.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend logic, data models, APIs and tests.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and business stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality software with production-ready code.
