PagerDuty is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to own a full view of expense management across G&A, R&D, and GTM. You will partner with senior leaders, own forecasts, and deliver executive-level reporting to support public company standards.

The role requires 10+ years in finance, strong analytical ability, and hands-on experience with major finance systems. This position offers a hybrid work model with in-office requirements two days per week.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, or expense operations, including SaaS company experience.
• 2+ years of senior level experience responsible for finance or expense operations.
• Hands-on experience with finance systems (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa, Zuora, Anaplan).
• Track record of building or scaling processes and controls in a growing organization.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with SOX compliance and internal audit requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Own a full view of expense management across G&A, R&D, and GTM, serving as a trusted finance partner to senior leaders.
• Drive AI and automation transformation to improve efficiency across expense management, reporting, and forecasting.
• Own the Cost of Revenue forecast and monthly close cycle for all departments, partnering across FP&A and accounting.
• Identify material risks, opportunities, and drivers behind performance versus plan.
• Build financial models and driver-based scenario analysis to support investment decisions and planning.
• Develop executive and board-level reports and presentations.
• Manage and provide insights on vendor spend and relationships.
