Job summary

the company in the United States is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II for its Developer Experience team. You will help scale AI-enabled CI/CD systems, build deployment safeguards, and drive safe automation across a large enterprise software environment. Remote work is available to US residents.

You will lead AI-driven automation initiatives, collaborate with product engineering teams, and push the boundaries of AI in software development, while maintaining reliability and security standards.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience designing and building software in a team.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or engineering or equivalent.
3+ years on developer experience, CICD or platform engineering.
Experience building AI workflows or orchestration systems.
Proven track record in architecting CICD systems and deploy platforms.

Responsibilities

Scale in-house CI/CD systems for higher throughput.
Reduce tech debt with AI-driven workflows.
Design deployment safeguards for production at scale.
Build observability and feedback systems for AI automation.
Lead and set direction for AI-enabled engineering productivity.
Redefine outer loop SDLC with AI-native workflows.
Push boundaries by turning AI capabilities into production-ready systems.
Collaborate with product engineers to reduce operational toil and adoption efforts.
