Job summary

CloudZero is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager in San Francisco to lead a book of 30 to 50 accounts from onboarding through renewal. You will own relationships, drive adoption, retention, and expansion, and partner with a TAM and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable ROI.

You will operate in a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment, align with executives, and influence renewals, expansions, and strategic success plans. Travel up to moderate extent may be required.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in customer-facing SaaS roles.
• Experience managing renewals, adoption and expansions with quotas.
• Familiarity with AI in daily workflows and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders, including C-suite.
• Collaborate with TAMs, Sales, Support and Product to drive ROI.
• Forecast health and revenue in Salesforce; mitigate risk and renewals.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate with RevOps/Finance for signing.
• Use AI to automate repeatable parts of work and scale impact.
• Navigate escalations and keep customers informed and connected.
