Milltown Partners LLP is seeking an Associate Director to lead strategic communications for technology clients and high-profile investors. You will guide advisory work, manage senior relationships, and help grow the firm’s leadership capabilities across the US, including San Francisco.

The role blends hands-on client delivery with team leadership and external-network development. You’ll partner with senior leaders to deliver impactful campaigns, develop new business opportunities, and advance

Competenze

• 8+ years of corporate communications experience in consultancy or in-house roles, with tech or investor exposure.
• Strategic approach to reputation challenges, grounded in research, data, and insight.
• Experience building advisory relationships with senior stakeholders and delivering strategic counsel under pressure.
• Experience integrating campaigns across audiences and channels.
• Proven media strategy capability and an active media network.
• Experience coaching and developing others in teams.
• Existing network within technology, policy, media or investor communities.
• Strong familiarity with AI tools and applying them to advisory work.
• Curiosity and entrepreneurial approach to growth and networking.
