We are working with a leading global law firm that is looking for an Associate Director to lead Executive Communications for the firm, joining an expanding global team. The role will partner closely with the firm's Chair, helping to shape their executive voice across multiple industries and supporting the firm's continued growth strategy.

This is a highly visible role, acting as a trusted adviser on executive messaging, strategic communications, speeches, presentations, leadership events, and firmwide communications. You'll work closely with senior leadership, the Global Head of Communications, and communications and marketing colleagues across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic communications adviser to the Chair, helping shape leadership messaging and communications strategy.
• Develop high-profile executive content, including speeches, presentations, talking points, video scripts, and leadership communications.
• Lead communications support for major firm events, town halls, partner meetings, and leadership forums.
• Translate complex business priorities into clear, compelling messaging for internal and external audiences.
• Partner with communications and marketing teams globally to ensure consistency and impact across all channels.
• Support the adoption of AI-enabled communications tools and contribute to the ongoing development of the communications function.
