Job summary

CapTech is seeking an experienced Change Management lead to drive enterprise initiatives focused on people, processes and AI-enabled solutions. You will partner with client stakeholders, design AI-infused strategies, and run learning programs to ensure adoption and value realization.

The role emphasizes executive engagement, robust risk analysis, and mentorship of OCM teams, with a focus on measurable outcomes and proven methodologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience delivering enterprise-scale change management in large orgs.
• Proven ability to own high-quality deliverables for client needs and training materials.
• Knowledge and application of PROSCI and other methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Focus on people side of change across processes, systems, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Act as trusted advisor to client stakeholders while leading enterprise change efforts.
• Develop AI-informed change management strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Design AI-enabled learning strategies and learning paths with assessments.
• Lead adult learning activities and Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Engage Sponsors and Senior Leaders with AI-driven insights and messaging.
• Identify readiness risks and develop proactive response strategies.
