Qualifications

10+ years experience delivering enterprise-scale change management within large organizations.
Demonstrated progression and growth within the OCM discipline through past career experiences.
Proven ability to produce and own high quality deliverables that meet client needs, including strategic communications and training materials.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise change efforts and act as trusted advisor to client stakeholders while guiding AI-enabled change initiatives.
Develop AI-informed change management strategies with clear dependencies, success metrics, and sponsorship actions.
Design AI-enabled learning strategies and lead Train-the-Trainer programs to enable effective adoption.
Interact with Sponsors and Senior Leaders, translating AI-driven insights into compelling change narratives and leadership messaging.
Mentor OCM team members to ensure quality, consistency, and ethical use of AI tools in deliverables.
