Job summary

Synechron is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead analysis, design, and delivery of AI-powered solutions. You will bridge business and technology teams, translating challenges into Agentic AI, Generative AI, and intelligent automation capabilities.

The role requires requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and collaboration with Product Owners, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Solution Architects to deliver innovative AI-driven capabilities.

Qualifications

10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
Strong understanding of Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Strong experience writing User Stories, Epics, and Acceptance Criteria.
Knowledge of AI-powered workflow automation and business process optimization.
Experience with AI use cases such as: AI Agents, Knowledge Management, Customer Service Automation, Document Processing, Decision Support Systems.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for Agentic AI and Generative AI adoption.
Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements.
Define user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and business workflows.
Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities using AI agents.
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Support the development of AI-powered assistants, autonomous agents, and intelligent workflow solutions.
Define process flows, decision trees, and agent interaction models.
Participate in product backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and production rollout activities.
Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Assist in AI governance, compliance, model explainability, and risk management discussions.
Create BRDs, functional specs, process maps, and executive presentations.
