• Analyze customer journeys to improve digital adoption and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with business, data, UX and Product teams to define user stories and success metrics.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI / ML for self-service and support.
• Translate AI concepts into clear business requirements.
• Define the product vision and act as liaison between business and tech teams in an Agile environment.
