Pindrop is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain backend and tooling for a new AI-enabled product. You will lead distributed Go services, drive reliability, and contribute to integrations and workflow orchestration.

You’ll mentor teammates, collaborate across groups, and shape architecture for scalable, secure customer experiences. A remote-friendly, equity-enabled environment awaits a passionate technologist.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building distributed systems and APIs.
• Experience using AI-driven code development tools.
• Proficiency in Go, Java, Python, or C++.
• Cloud experience with GCP or AWS.
• Experience with microservices, containers, and cloud-native stacks.
• Strong communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and build GoLang backend services for the new product.
• Implement an agentic system that plans changes, generates integration code, and validates in a sandbox.
• Own reliability and performance from design to deployment.
• Contribute to a user-facing UI for workflows.
• Mentor engineers and set coding standards.
• Drive product evolution to boost customer adoption.
