Job summary

GitLab in Sydney is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for the ANZ region to help customers understand how GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform addresses technical and business goals across the software lifecycle.

You will partner with Account Executives, run proofs of value, shape architectures, and mentor teams to drive platform adoption and revenue growth. This role requires strong customer empathy, technical leadership, and collaborative problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding customers through solution design and evaluation.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps and CI/CD practices.
• Proficiency with cloud concepts and deployment options.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation of GitLab’s platform for customers.
• Own the technical evaluation process, including design and proofs of value.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and regional teams to shape account strategies.
• Build relationships with practitioners and leaders to advocate for GitLab.
• Advise on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud best practices.
• Share customer feedback with Product Management to inform roadmap.
