Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect for our Northern Europe team. You will be a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, shaping architectures and guiding technical evaluations across the entire software development lifecycle.

Reporting to a regional Solutions Architect manager and partnering with Account Executives, you will own technical evaluations and drive platform adoption while building long-term, trust-based relationships.

Qualifications

8+ years in technical pre-sales or consulting guiding solution design and evaluation.
Proficient in end-to-end software development lifecycle with DevSecOps practices.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation across the full lifecycle.
Directly own the technical evaluation process including POVs and workshops.
Collaborate with Account Executives and regional teams to drive new customer acquisition and expansion.
Build relationships with practitioners and leaders to enable GitLab adoption and advocacy.
Advise customers on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices.
Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering to inform roadmaps.
