Noetic Global Corp. is seeking a Senior/Staff-level Individual Contributor to build AI-native products in a fast-paced startup environment. You will own AI features from concept to production, collaborating with Product and Engineering to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

We value hands-on engineers who can prototype quickly, iterate with quality, and stay current with the AI ecosystem. This role emphasizes technical leadership through code, not people management.

Competenze

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• At least 5 years in a product company of similar size/stage (Seed-Series A/B).
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies is mandatory.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products (agents, copilots, RAG, workflow automation) is a strong advantage.

Mansioni

• Design, build, and own AI-powered product features end-to-end.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions.

We're looking for a strong Senior/Staff-level Individual Contributor who thrives in an early-stage startup environment and enjoys building AI-native products from scratch.

Background

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• At least 5 years in a product company of similar size/stage (preferably Seed-Series A/B).
• Experience building customer-facing products.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies is mandatory.
• Experience shipping AI-powered products (agents, copilots, RAG, workflow automation, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• DevOps / infrastructure experience is a plus.
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science is a plus.

Main Responsibilities

• Design, build, and own AI-powered product features end-to-end.
