Job summary

Stable10 is seeking a highly capable Full Stack Software Engineer to join a high-performing team in San Francisco. You will prototype RL environments, deploy large-scale workloads on Kubernetes, and improve platform reliability and data systems across the stack.

You will own projects from concept to deployment, collaborating with engineering, research, product, and design to ship high-impact features with React/Next.js, Node.js or Python, and modern cloud tooling.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.

Required Experience

• Comfortable collaborating directly with technical stakeholders and end users.
• Bachelor's degree from a highly regarded university in North America or Europe.
• Experience working within fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
• Willingness to work onsite five days per week with flexible working hours.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working at high-growth startups, venture-backed technology companies, or as an early-stage engineering hire.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, data annotation, or evaluation platforms.
• Experience with Kafka, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
• Background building large-scale distributed systems and data pipelines.
• Internship or early-career experience with leading technology companies.
• Experience supporting researchers, technical clients, or customer-facing engineering functions.
