Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead the deployment of agentic AI solutions and mentor less experienced engineers. You will be responsible for ensuring high engineering standards and striving for continuous innovation in AI applications.

The role requires fluency in both German and English and a strong background in software engineering, ideally with over six years in complex environments. Experience with Salesforce products and platforms will be highly beneficial.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems.
• Experience with enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions.
• Design and ship systems on the Agentforce platform.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews and shared work.

Skills

Fluent in German and English

Expert in Python

Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript

Proficient in Java
