• Able to break down complex problems and make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
• Builds relationships with technical and business stakeholders across levels; customer-centric mindset.
• Open to hybrid work and able to work from Berlin or London office at least three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex AI-driven deployments in production, owning delivery across multiple deployments.
• Design architectures, develop decision logic, and deploy production-grade Generative AI agents.
• Scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers while balancing scope, speed, and quality.
