Job summary

Taktile GmbH is seeking a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to drive AI-enabled deployments for enterprise clients. You will own end-to-end technical delivery across multiple projects, from scoping to production, and collaborate with product, engineering, and GTM teams to ensure rapid value realization for customers.

You will work in a hybrid model, with the option to be based in our Berlin or London offices at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of engineering or deployment experience with customer-facing work.
• Strong background in fields like Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
• Proficiency in production-grade Python and SQL; strong REST API design.
• Ability to break down complex problems and make quick, well-informed decisions under pressure.
• Collaborative, customer-centric mindset with ability to work across product, engineering, and GTM teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex AI-driven deployments in production, owning delivery across multiple deployments.
• Design solution architectures, develop decision logic, and deploy production-grade AI agents.
• Align with customer stakeholders to deliver rapid time to value for customers.
• Influence product roadmap by turning customer needs into actionable insights.
• Develop reusable resources and tools to scale the forward deployed engineering function.
• Coach and mentor junior Forward Deployed Engineers.
