Giga AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our San Francisco team. In this role, you will serve as the technical interface between Giga and our customers, leading the deployment of sophisticated AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in computer science and have at least 4 years of customer-facing experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer-facing experience; 4+ years of hands-on engineering experience.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as consulting.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

• Design and ship production-ready AI agents.
• Manage and mentor agent engineers to ensure high-quality work.
• Capture unmet needs and collaborate with core teams.
• Monitor live usage and iterate best practices.
