The Principal FDE role embeds with customers to translate AI ambitions into scalable production architectures, becoming the trusted technical voice shaping next-gen product patterns.

You’ll lead high-stakes deployments, grow a capable FDE team, and drive end-to-end value while collaborating with Product, Research, Sales, and GTM to align roadmaps

Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering or technical delivery experience.
• 2+ years managing high-performing FDE or customer-facing engineers.
• Proven track record with enterprise AI deployments.

Responsibilities

• Run technical discovery workshops with customer architects and AI teams.
• Own scoping for AI deployments with acceptance criteria on accuracy, data coverage, and governance.
• Translate AI + data concepts into executive-ready architecture proposals; defend trade-offs with CXO stakeholders.
• Lead and grow a team delivering production systems with frontier models.
• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes from discovery through production deployment and handoff.
