Job summary

Accelloris seeks a Principal FDE to lead engineering delivery for strategic enterprise engagements. You will embed with customers to translate AI ambitions into production architectures, shaping data, AI, and governance end-to-end.

You will guide a team of engineers and be the technical voice driving measurable business value. You will design scalable, secure deployments, define best practices, and identify product gaps in real time.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in engineering or technical delivery.
• 2+ years managing high-performing FDE or customer-facing engineers.
• 7+ years as a Solutions Architect, Principal SE, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Technical Lead in data/AI SaaS.
• Strong customer-facing track record with senior technical buyers and architecture review boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of FDEs delivering production-grade AI deployments.
• Architect end-to-end AI, data, and governance solutions for enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with Product and Research to shape roadmaps and priorities.
• Translate customer needs into scalable technical specifications and measurable outcomes.
• Drive value outcomes and ensure deployments are scalable, secure, and reliable.
