Responsibilities

Lead AI Vision & Operating Model to generate value and set roadmap across DXT.
Own AI Value Dashboard, ROI framework, and report outcomes to senior leadership.
Manage portfolio across AI augmentation workstreams, dependencies, risk, and investments.
Influence senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Architecture, PM, Operations, Design, Quality.
Lead culture shift toward AI fluency and adoption pathways; track sentiment and drive interventions.
Redesign end-to-end value streams using AI; ensure scalable, repeatable patterns.
