Job summary

Software Resources is seeking a Lead Solutions Architect for AI & Automation in HR Technology to deliver scalable, secure AI-enabled solutions for Disney's corporate HR functions in Orlando. This senior role partners with domain and enterprise architects to translate business requirements into architecture patterns and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• 7+ years of software/data/solution-architecture experience.
• Deep expertise in generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
• Cloud experience across Azure, AWS, or GCP; API-first design.
• Ability to mentor engineers and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and architecture of AI/automation for HR Technology.
• Create architecture specifications, ADRs, and design docs.
• Conduct architecture reviews and governance for AI projects.
• Partner with Domain Architect on patterns and roadmaps.
• Lead evaluations, POCs, and platform selections for AI tooling.
• Mentor engineers and guide teams on best practices.
• Support architectural reviews and present recommendations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure architectures.
• Coach team members and foster inclusive environment.
• Explain AI concepts to stakeholders and influence adoption.
