Job summary

LPL Financial in Charlotte, NC seeks a VP, AI Technical Strategy & Integration to lead the Cyan AI initiative. This senior individual contributor will orchestrate cross-functional delivery, governance, and production readiness across product, engineering, data, security, and risk teams.

The role requires senior leadership, strategic storytelling for executives, and a proven ability to translate roadmaps into executable delivery plans with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership in product technology, strategy, transformation or technical delivery.
• Experience coordinating large, multi-year tech initiatives with multiple orgs.
• Experience building integrated roadmaps, dependency plans, release plans and OKRs.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Cyan technical delivery roadmap with objectives, milestones, releases and dependencies.
• Translate product priorities into a sequenced technical delivery plan with ownership and targets.
• Maintain a unified view of delivery status, risks, milestones, and decisions across Cyan and related teams.
• Drive resolution of cross-functional dependencies and sequencing conflicts.
• Coordinate delivery across AI platforms, shared services, product teams and enterprise functions.
• Align strategy with PI planning, sprint execution, milestones, and production outcomes.
• Establish operating cadence for cross-workstream integration and executive visibility.
• Coordinate pilots, launches, and scale readiness across testing, environments, data, security and governance.
• Ensure prototypes and experiments transition into production delivery plans with governance and scalability.
