Job summary

LPL Financial LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a senior product leader to own the Cyan Experience and Advisor AI Workspace, aligning strategy with adoption metrics and delivering an integrated advisor experience.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations to onboard AI capabilities, define advisor journeys, and drive adoption across the advisor platform, improving productivity and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience leading customer-facing products, digital experiences, or enterprise apps.
• Experience owning product strategy, roadmap, delivery, and adoption metrics.
• Experience translating customer and business needs into product priorities.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own Cyan product strategy, roadmap, priorities, and success measures.
• Define advisor journeys, UX requirements, and product capabilities to boost productivity.
• Onboard and integrate new AI capabilities into Cyan with domain teams.
• Lead roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, dependency management, and release readiness.
• Synthesize advisor feedback, usage analytics, and pilot results to inform decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and AI Hub to improve adoption, reliability, and scalability.
