Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology strategy and delivery.
• Experience coordinating large, multi-year technology initiatives across multiple teams.
• Ability to build integrated roadmaps, release plans, and executive reporting.
• Strong collaboration across matrixed organizations with no direct reporting authority.
• Technology fluency and ability to engage with risk, governance, and security stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Cyan's multi-year technical delivery roadmap with milestones and releases.
• Translate product priorities into sequenced technical delivery plans with ownership.
• Maintain a unified view of delivery status, risks, dependencies, milestones, and decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and sequencing conflicts across teams.
• Align strategy with PI planning, sprint execution, and release plans for production readiness.
• Develop executive communications on progress, risks, and outcomes.
