Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Senior AI Project Manager to lead complex AI-driven and IT initiatives across our growing portfolio. This high-visibility role translates ambiguity into structured delivery and brings cross-functional teams along for the ride.

You’ll own end-to-end project delivery helping shape how we manage AI-integrated programs at scale. You should be equally comfortable communicating solutions to technical teams and C-suite stakeholders, and you’ll work with external IT,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management or technical IT experience.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and interdependent workstreams.
• Basic familiarity with AI tools and platforms (generative AI, automation, data pipelines, or similar).
• Exceptional communication skills — equally comfortable presenting/communicating to/solutioning with technical teams and C-suite stakeholders.
• A track record of leading with accountability, clarity, and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full ownership across multiple high-priority workstreams, serving as the primary accountability for project health.
• Facilitate solution development with subject matter experts and create comprehensive project plans and risk registers.
• Lead governance and reporting cadences: status meetings, standups, milestone reviews, and executive updates.
• Collaborate with external IT, Security, Engineering, and QA; hold technical partners to timelines without writing code.
• Contribute to PMO processes, playbooks, and onboarding materials as the team scales.
