Job summary

WSB is seeking a Senior Manager, AI & Data to shape the enterprise AI, data, and application portfolio strategy. You will collaborate with executives to set priorities, roadmap initiatives, and drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions across the firm.

This role leads product management and software delivery, defines data standards, governs AI initiatives, and partners with security and business leaders to ensure scalable, secure technology that delivers measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in technology, software engineering, data, AI, or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise AI initiatives from strategy through adoption with measurable outcomes.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale architectures and production solutions.
• Strong product management experience including roadmap and lifecycle management.
• Experience developing enterprise data strategies with data engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain AI strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with leaders to implement high-value AI, automation, and data-driven solutions.
• Lead evaluation, design, implementation, and lifecycle management of AI platforms.
• Drive enterprise-wide AI adoption through governance, training, and metrics.
• Provide architectural guidance for scalable, secure enterprise technology solutions.
• Own enterprise application portfolio including product strategy and lifecycle governance.
• Lead development of the enterprise data strategy with data engineering teams.
• Establish technology standards for architecture, APIs, security, and code quality.
• Collaborate with security and business leaders on AI governance and risk management.
• Track KPIs on AI adoption and business outcomes; communicate results to executives.
