Job summary

Accenture in California seeks an AI & Data Strategy Consultant to shape vision, create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention, and to build and optimize data assets and AI platforms. You will build client relationships, define and structure AI/ data strategies to create growth and competitive advantage, and assess maturity of AI initiatives.

Travel up to 80% may be required. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years in AI/Data Strategy with delivery experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4+ years of high-value consulting experience in AI/Data Strategy.
• 4+ years of leading workstreams and large-scale delivery.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI, and data-led reinvention.
• Build client relationships as a trusted advisor on AI and data integration.
• Define and structure AI and data strategy to enable growth and competitive advantage.
• Assess maturity of AI/Data strategy, talent, operating model, and data foundations.
• Define blocks to become AI-first, including technology and platform blueprints.
• Create business case, roadmap and investment profile for strategic delivery.
