Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States is seeking an experienced AI/NLP engineer to architect voice-based chat systems for location and person search, and to develop AI text processing that converts ASR, text, and speech into actionable data.

You will mentor interns, design multilingual datasets, and build REST APIs with strong data governance for security and privacy while deploying services on Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. Telecommuting within the U.S. is permitted.

Qualifications

• Masters degree with 2+ years of experience, or a Bachelors with 5+ years.
• Experience designing voice-based search, NLP, and data governance.
• Proven ability to mentor interns and manage data science projects.

Responsibilities

• Architect voice-based chat systems for location and person search with day-to-day tasks.
• Develop AI text processing to capitalize, digitize, and punctuate ASR text.
• Build AI algorithms to convert unstructured data into searchable structured data.
• Design REST APIs and ensure data quality, security, and privacy.
• Deploy services on Azure, Google, and AWS; work with LLM prompts and fine-tuning.
