American Modern Insurance Group, Inc., a Munich Re company, seeks a Principal AI Data Scientist to build, deploy, and scale enterprise AI solutions across our property and casualty portfolio. You will lead modeling efforts and collaborate with business partners to deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 6+ years in data science or 8+ years in modeling, plus strong R/Python/SAS and SQL skills.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Statistics/Math-related double major combination as specified in the ad.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and complete predictive analytics analysis and modeling for complex projects.
• Develop predictive analytics and modeling presentations for internal & external customers and management.
• Tackle loosely defined problems with creative approaches to yield actionable insights for customers, policy growth, retention, and profitability.
• Perform data preparation including data input and anomaly identification with guidance.
• Identify data and operational issues requiring specialized analytics attention and data scrubbing.
• Communicate assumptions, results, and alternatives to team members and regulators as needed.
