The role focuses on data-driven decision making, modeling, and governance to improve profitability and customer outcomes.

You will lead modeling projects, communicate with business partners and regulators, and shape best practices across the AI lifecycle in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Statistics/Math related double major.
• Experience leading modeling projects and statistical analyses.
• Strong communication of results to business partners and ability to drive decisions.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and complete predictive analytics analyses and modeling with guidance on complex projects.
• Present results to internal and external customers and management as requested.
• Contribute to projects yielding actionable insights to improve customer satisfaction, policy growth, retention, and profitability.
• Data preparation and cleaning, identifying anomalies and making adjustments as guided.
• Document assumptions, results, and alternatives for team members and regulators when needed.
• Lead modeling best practices and new techniques with internal and external partners.
• Explain advanced analytic methods to audiences with varying levels of training.
• Prioritize workload and manage project timelines; perform technical peer reviews as needed.
• Provide hands-on leadership across the full AI lifecycle from development to production deployment.
