Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related fields.
• Fluency in SQL, dbt, and Python; strong data tooling understanding.
• Experience with Databricks (AWS preferred).
• Curiosity about Generative AI and data products.
• Ability to work across marketing, product, finance, and sales.
• Experience with cloud-native data sources like Salesforce or NetSuite.
• Clear communication of complex concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Product mindset and commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to translate goals into scalable data solutions.
• Design and implement trusted data models (dimensional/star schemas) to support self-service analytics.
• Translate raw data into intuitive stories, metrics, and visualizations.
• Drive adoption of the Enterprise Data Model; build and maintain dbt pipelines.
• Explore GenAI opportunities to enhance data products.
• Support CRM, marketing, and customer-facing analytics solutions.
• Contribute to DataOps by promoting reliability, reproducibility, and automation.
• Collaborate on enterprise dashboards and visualizations using modern BI tools.
• Manage and optimize the Databricks environment.
