Job summary
T-Mobile is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a portfolio of customer engagement and marketing technology capabilities. You will drive design, development, and delivery in an Agile environment, guiding data platforms, segmentation, journey orchestration, personalization, and experimentation to improve acquisition, retention, and lifecycle metrics.
You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and shape roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
Qualifications
- 7-10 years of product management experience in an agile software environment.
- 2-4 years in a leadership role overseeing teams of 5+ resources.
- Experience leveraging AI, analytics, and emerging technologies in MarTech/digital environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical product and engineering teams to deliver results across MarTech, data, and cloud capabilities.
- Champion AI tools adoption to improve delivery, personalization, and analytics.
- Define continuous improvement practices including Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and security.
- Manage vendor relationships and align feature requests with releases.
- Drive and maintain tech roadmap with architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and AWS services.
- Recruit and grow product/engineering teams to strengthen delivery capabilities.
