Job summary

T-Mobile Advertising Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Science Software Engineer to work at the intersection of machine learning, software engineering, and big data. You will design and deploy AI/ML systems that influence advertisers and customer insights, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a privacy‑first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline or related field.
• 4–7 years building and deploying ML and DL solutions at scale.
• Experience with MLOps and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of ML and data products from framing to deployment and monitoring.
• Build scalable data, training, and inference pipelines on distributed/cloud platforms.
• Apply statistical methods and validation frameworks to ensure quality and impact.
• Write production-quality code and contribute to CI/CD and observability.
• Collaborate across teams while mentoring other engineers and scientists.
