Truist Financial Corporation seeks a senior AI governance leader to design, develop and implement enterprise AI capabilities and data-driven solutions, guiding large initiatives to improve accuracy, efficiency, and resilience across the organization.

You will lead governance artifacts, collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Audit, and prepare executive-ready materials for senior leadership while ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Data Science/AI/Software engineering from an accredited program.
• 7+ years of professional AI and data experience.
• Knowledge of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, maintenance, and publication of governance artifacts.
• Partner with Business Units, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Audit to implement governance.
• Drive governance initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Manage governance-related findings, issues, regulatory commitments, and remediation.
• Coordinate enterprise review cycles and governance forums.
• Develop executive-ready presentations for senior leadership.
• Monitor adherence to governance requirements and support reporting.
• Facilitate cross-functional working sessions for alignment.
