Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or AI engineering.
• Expert-level Python and SQL with data modeling and DBT experience.
• Experience with data warehouse/lakehouse architectures and ETL/ELT.
• Experience building AI/LLM agents in production and leading cross-team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for MDA data and AI foundation.
• Architect and own marketing data infrastructure and core data models.
• Design semantic layers and documentation for self-serve BI and AI ingestion.
• Translate business questions into scalable data solutions and lead end-to-end data initiatives.
• Mentor engineers and analysts and raise engineering quality standards.
• Drive AI-enabled data products and agents with reliable retrieval pipelines.
