Job summary

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver tailored demos, proofs of value, and scalable architectures. You’ll own end-to-end technical engagements, translate complex AI capabilities into business narratives, and drive adoption with measurable ROI for Fortune 500+ brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of presales or solutions consulting in SaaS/CX/enterprise software environments.
• Strong knowledge of web/scripting technologies and SaaS architectures.
• Proven experience designing and delivering pilots/POCs with measurable business value.
• Deep understanding of AI tech (LLMs, NLP) and practical CX applications.
• Experience in CCaaS, Customer Service software, ITSM, BI, or Middleware.
• Strong analytical storytelling and ability to tie tech to business impact.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; graduate degree a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and business discovery sessions with customers.
• Architect AI-driven CX/ES solutions and translate tech into business value.
• Own end-to-end technical engagement from qualification to pilot execution.
