Norm Ai in New York City is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to turn expertise into compelling narratives for sophisticated audiences. You will work with executives and subject-matter experts to shape thought leadership and marketing materials from concept to distribution.

You’ll translate complex topics into clear stories, manage editorial calendars, and partner with Brand, Communications, and Product Marketing to reflect Norm’s voice and priorities.

Competenze

• 5–7+ years in content marketing, editorial, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for executive audiences.
• Track record of high-impact thought leadership across formats and channels.
• Experience with executives and subject-matter experts to develop original points of view.
• Strong editorial judgment to identify ideas likely to resonate with an audience.
• Experience shaping content strategy and leading complex projects from concept to publication.
• Excellent project management across multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• Comfort with complex, technical, or highly regulated subject matter.
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and bias for action in a dynamic setting.

• Measure performance and use insights to improve topics, formats, and distribution.
