• 3-5+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, or campaigns.
• Track record of building and scaling integrated campaign programs across digital, events, content, and ABM channels.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and attribution.
• Robust project management skills for multi-channel campaigns and timelines.
• Comfort with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and thoughtful action.
• Creative and strategic thinking to turn goals into concrete plans and execution.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate campaigns: design and lead integrated campaigns across audiences and target clients, connecting digital, events, content, and ABM channels.
• Execute strategy: develop programs including thought leadership moments, paid programming, nurture streams, executive engagement, and ABM activations.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, GTM, and Norm Law to align with company strategy and client/narrative needs.
• Maintain consistent messaging and positioning across all campaign touchpoints.
• Manage resources: agencies, vendors, and internal teams to deliver programs on time and on budget.
• Own the metrics: analyze post-campaign results and optimize based on data and stakeholder feedback.
