Job summary

Inworld, Inc. is seeking an AI-native Senior Content Marketing Manager to shape the company’s voice in public. You’ll own executive thought leadership, social channels, employer brand, and the production system, working closely with the VP of Marketing and PMM. It’s a hands-on role: you’ll write, cut clips, and publish.

You’ll build the executive voice, own social channels, and scale content with AI tooling while preserving the brand voice.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in content marketing for developer audiences.
• Exceptional writing across founder, engineer, and brand voices.
• Proven growth of social presence on LinkedIn and X.
• Fluent with AI tooling as a production system.
• Experience interviewing researchers and engineers.
• Strong editorial judgement on what not to publish.
• Proficient with Claude Code or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ghostwrite for founders and leaders across LinkedIn, X, and long-form.
• Sit in on research and engineering conversations and extract publishable ideas.
• Develop an editorial POV that adds value beyond marketing fluff.
• Own and optimize social channels (LinkedIn, X, YouTube) and engage communities.
