Job summary

Avante, based in Seattle and expanding to New York, seeks a Senior Content Marketing Manager to drive thought leadership for its AI-powered benefits platform. You will own the voice, shape content across formats, and partner with product marketing, demand generation, and creative.

You will build a content engine, plan a calendar, craft event narratives, webinars, and sales enablement materials, and ensure brand consistency while using AI to extend your reach.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in content marketing or a writing-heavy communications role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent, independently strong writing and editing skills; you can turn rough briefs intoLeadership-facing content.
• Direct experience writing for events: speaker guides, webinars, or podcast content.
• A track record of producing enablement materials that sales teams actually use.
• Comfort using AI tools to repurpose long-form writing, with human judgment.
• Experience partnering with product marketing or brand teams and startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build Avante's content engine with a calendar, website content, and a steady cadence of GTM enablement materials.
• Curate Avante's point of view with narratives and thought leadership that educate and engage buyers, partners, and customers.
• Write and shape event content: speaker guides, narratives, and talking points for webinars and panels.
• Lead Avante's social presence to sound like a company with something to say, not just another AI vendor.
• Support demand generation with nurture content and SEO-focused material to improve rankings.
• Protect a consistent brand voice across all formats and channels as the company grows.
• Leverage AI to extend reach while preserving original ideas and customer stories.
• Adapt scope as the marketing function scales and evolves.
