Job summary

Norm Ai in New York City is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to create distinctive, high-impact content that builds our brand, advances our point of view, and helps clients understand the value of Norm’s products and services.

As a senior member of our marketing team, you’ll work directly with executives and subject-matter experts to turn their expertise, ideas, and perspectives into compelling thought leadership and marketing materials.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in content marketing, editorial, communications, journalism, or related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for sophisticated audiences.
• Track record of high-impact thought leadership across formats and channels.
• Experience working with executives and subject-matter experts to develop POVs.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to identify resonant ideas.

Responsibilities

• Develop Norm Ai's point of view with executives and experts on AI, law, regulation, and the future of work.
• Create thought leadership content, reports, articles, bylines, case studies, presentations, and sales materials.
• Lead editorial strategy and establish a roadmap with topics, narratives, and formats.
• Own the editorial process from concept to publication, including research, drafts, and reviews.
• Shape content to reflect Norm's positioning, voice, and priorities across teams.
• Build repeatable editorial programs and content franchises for sustained engagement.
• Turn major content into channel-specific assets for social, email, and events.
• Manage editorial calendars, contributors, and stakeholders to deliver timely work.
• Measure content performance and use insights to improve topics and formats.
