Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Experience supporting AI initiatives in a matrixed enterprise environment.
• Experience working with commercial data sources such as CRM, claims, promotional, and digital engagement data.

Responsibilities

• Apply data science expertise for AI and advanced analytics across Commercial use cases.
• Provide technical expertise in Generative AI applications for field and marketing teams.
• Evaluate the technical quality of AI solutions including model design, validation, explainability, and monitoring.
• Review analytical approaches and outputs to ensure rigor, trust, and compliance.
• Support build-vs-buy decisions and due diligence for AI capabilities and vendor solutions.
• Define pilot or MVP solutions and translate complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure AI solutions align with enterprise data, security, and governance standards.
