World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking an AI Platform Analyst for its Internal IT team to support the day‑to‑day health of our platform, safeguard the quality of AI-powered features, and help the team adapt to shifting priorities. You’ll work across QA, operations, and support, applying AI tools and best practices to improve outcomes.

As part of the AI Center of Excellence, you’ll contribute to platform operations, quality assurance, and the evaluation of AI observability tooling while

Competenze

• 1-3+ years of experience in an analyst, QA, operations, or related technical role.
• Fluency in manual testing practices and willingness to learn automated testing tools.
• Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Growth mindset with ability to adapt between analyst, QA and support work.
• Comfortable with light development and tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
• Knowledge of AI governance or responsible AI principles is a plus.

Mansioni

• Serve as a point of contact for issues, escalations, and service requests across our suite of applications.
• Gather and act on user feedback to continuously improve the platform experience.
• Monitor platform health, availability, and performance; coordinate with internal IT teams to resolve incidents.
• Train and enable employees to leverage our custom-built platform effectively.
• Validate the behavior and accuracy of AI-powered features and ensure correct tool usage.
• Maintain automated test suites integrated into CI/CD pipelines to catch regressions early.
