Qualifications

• Senior, Staff or Principal-level engineer or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Codex, Claude Code or Cursor.
• Strong familiarity with AI-assisted developer workflows.
• Excellent written English (B2+) and ability to give direct feedback.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated coding interactions end-to-end.
• Judge usefulness, correctness at a high level, and engineering thinking.
• Assess explanations and reasoning, not just code.
• Provide clear, opinionated feedback on what worked or misled.
• Help define what great looks like when working with these tools.
