Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services seeks a Principal Delivery Consultant to lead large-scale Healthcare and Life Sciences transformations, defining the technical vision across AI/ML, data platform modernization, and enterprise architecture.

You will operate as a technical leader and advisor, guiding executive stakeholders on trade-offs and architectural decisions while coordinating across multiple workstreams and partner teams to accelerate value delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership regarding trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation.
Experience working with fast-moving, high-performance teams and innovative solutions for complex environments.
8+ years delivering enterprise technology architecture and guiding technical teams on large transformation programs.
Depth in AI/ML, enterprise architecture modernization, or data architecture and engineering as part of enterprise-wide transformations.

Responsibilities

Define end-to-end technical architecture for large-scale HCLS transformation programs.
Advise executives on total cost of ownership, time-to-value and build-vs-buy decisions.
Drive cross-team alignment, governance, and coaching across partner teams.
Grow expertise across AI/ML, data engineering, and industry depth in HCLS while translating innovations to customer context.
Redesign delivery models to scale with AI-native approaches and multi-agent systems.
